Acidic foods and drinks are the enemy!!!

Your teeth are most stable in a neutral environment but after every meal, the acid level in your mouth can drop to damaging levels and can take over twenty minutes to balance out again.

If you can’t brush your teeth after eating, rinse your mouth with water.

Recent studies show that It’s actually good to let the pH in your mouth get back to normal before you brush aggressively, so rinsing with water is best while your teeth are “soft”.
